Two young hopefuls at the Cambs schools TT Championships at St Neots

Both really enjoyed an evening of playing table tennis in a competition at a different venue.  They were really enthusiastic and even ended up taking on the role of umpire at very short notice!!! We all watched some very skilful experienced players too. George had a very tough first round group, playing against the two eventual finalists. He lost three games in the round robin. Thomas won two out of three games in the round robin. Then progressed on to the semi finals and unfortunately lost the match to the eventual winner. Overall a great experience for them both and looking forward to playing on Thursday evening (stated and witnessed by Fran Cox, Tom’s mum)
